A: No, you don't need a referral to book an appointment – you can directly schedule your sessions with us! However, please note that some extended health care plans may require a physician’s note to have your physiotherapy expenses reimbursed.

A: Yes, we can direct bill most extended health plans although there are a select few who may not allow. In the case that your insurance company does not allow direct billing we can provide an invoice so you can submit a claim yourself.
A: Home base is Port Perry but we service all of Scugog and large parts of Durham Region and the Region of Kawartha Lakes. Larger cities and townships include Port Perry, Brooklin, Uxbridge, Whitby, Oshawa, Bowmanville but we also travel North as needed to due in-home Physiotherapy demands. A: Currently there is no clinic location and the only service available is in-home or virtual. In-home Physiotherapy includes community care which can take place in a community centre, hospital, gym, pool, long term care home, and any other location outside of a typical clinic location.
A: Yes, we can provide care in long term care homes, retirement residence, nursing homes, and we can provide extra Physiotherapy sessions to those in hospital in an in-patient setting. This typically requires contacting the hospital or home and completing some simple forms such as consent to share information and external provider liability.
A: Yes, we are able to provide in-home physiotherapy for both non-catastrophic and catastrophic levels of care. This requires a submission to the insurance companies and approval from your adjuster before the first visit. We often work alongside Occupational Therapists, Lawyers, Case Managers, and other health care professionals who may be a part of your care team.
